1. Value is:
• Inherent and innate. We have and are valuable simply because we exist.
• Manifested through our lives. We express our inherent value in our particular uniqueness, qualities, by what we value and in how we live and work.
• Why we are in business. We call forth the inherent and manifested value of our clients and provide innovative tools that empower them to create business and life models that capture their value at a high level.
• Realized. Our coaches take a stand for their clients’ value catalyzing them to double their income, make decisive life and career changes, be in the world more fully, completely and contentedly.
2. Truth is:
• Essential to relationship. We are committed to speaking and living in the truth.
• Present in the moment. Seeing the truth requires being present to what is. We practice being present, listening deeply and speaking from the place of presence.
• What we love. Even when it is a truth we do not want to hear or have to say, living in the truth beats living in the dark.
3. Passion is:
• What sets our hearts ablaze. Our passion for the truth, the emerging of value and life as teacher is what makes us get out of bed every day.
• Empowering. We live to unleash the innate power that emerges from taking a stand for the innate value that exists in each of our clients.

• The state we live in. We share the perspective that Lynne Twist writes about in The Soul of Money: there are resources aplenty for all and, in each moment, we have what we need.
• We are enough, we have enough; we do enough. The state of presence is the state of being in the “enough-ness” of the moment. Whatever that is manifesting.
6. Service is:
• Why we are here. Our lives and work are about serving humanity as only we uniquely can.
• The unfolding of life. Each moment presents us the opportunity to allow our inherent value, passion and truth to work through us in service to our clients and each other.
• Joyful. What greater gift is there than to realize one’s full potential and to provide the container for others to do the same?
